Wedding Day Rain

Lina, on June 8, 2021 at 11:15 AM Posted in Community Conversations 0 3
I’m not scared of rain on my big day but I’m scared of the thought of pictures because of the rain. The wedding isn’t in a place where there are grand backgrounds. What did you guys do or what do you plan on doing?

My wedding day was sprinkling here and there, but it was for the most part just kind of dark and cloudy, but it will be the best footage and photos for your photographer or videographer. When it’s super sunny the harsh light won’t be very good. Might be nice for an outdoor wedding, but as long as you have proper covering for any sort of rain, I’m actually happy that my wedding day wasn’t super sunny

And trust me, your photographer or videographer will be able to create tons of shots And come up with a lot of creative ideas as long as they have talent. They will find a little nooks and little spots that you wouldn’t of even thought of. You could even get clear umbrellas just in case it’s really raining. Umbrella shots make for the cutest wedding photos. Extremely romantic

I got married during Hurricane Matthew, so there were definitely no pictures we could take outside!! 😆 We just used the indoor space that was available at our venue!

I honestly only notice the "less than ideal" indoor space in these big zoomed-out group pictures!
