Congrats! Like anyone else planning a wedding during covid or has had a wedding (like myself and many others) it is so important to have a Plan B! I'd even ask the venue about a plan in place; if they have one and what can happen if covid worsens- would you be able to get a refund for your wedding or have the option to postpone. Even what steps and precautions they would take to ensure your wedding can go on. I know those are hard questions to ask, but it's better to get answers now then ask when there may be no answers. Because you're doing a quick plan, it's best to be as organized as possible. Check out the "Planning Tools" above, which can help you, as well as "Venues" and so on. The Knot and other wedding websites are good cross references, plus google.

I highly recommend figuring out what is important to you for the day, and focusing on those vendors. Anything you have time/budget for after that, is gravy.
