Wedding discussion for 10/10/2020 or October 2020

My wedding is 10/3/20 in Ohio. We are keeping everything as planned for right now. We did save the dates a while ago (we've been planning for over a year now) so all of our guests know the date already, so that makes us feel better about holding off on invitations. I think we are going to wait until late July to order invites once we can better assess the situation for the fall, and we just might need a quicker turnaround for RSVPs. A lot of our guests will be coming from out of state, so we are expecting some guests to decide not to come but hopefully everything else will be mostly normal. Hopefully your venue might work with you and be a little more flexible with your block, or you could reach out to people to encourage them to make reservations before the actual invites come out if they are cancellable.
