Wedding Domain

Anyone else have trouble with the wedding domain from wedding wire? I emailed customer support several times with NO response. Anyone else have better luck?

    Right!? I love how this one admin on here posts about “who’s getting married x date” but cant respond to tech support questions and this app/website is great for budgeting/planning but horrible with support and its websites for brides so many bugs everywhere

    I’ve only seen/heard bad things about the wedding wire wedding websites since I joined, so we built ours through the knot. I really only come here for the forums, and now that we are close their seating chart tool is useful. Unfortunately, no one seems to be very responsive. Hope you get it worked out, but it might be easier to start somewhere else that doesn’t have the same issues. I see multiple posts about rsvp issues- you definitely don’t want it to be difficult for guests. Good luck, sorry I couldn’t be more help!

    What kind of trouble are you having? I've had great support from customer support when I've had web issues.

    Hi yes I am. I email customer service too, someone said if you have too much messages it will not work. I try to send messages it says this vendor is no longer receiving messages on all of the messages I received from Wedding wire. That should not happen. I can't get through either. They should fix the website better. I wonder there is another website similar to this one that don't have this issues. Let me know please. I will let you know too. Thank you.

    Hi yes, I will let you know. I email their customer support team. I have only heard two responses which is we do not issue refunds. If that’s the case then help with the domain. Why offer a service if their is no real support.
