I think if you add a train to it, you would not feel confused as to whether it looks bridal or prom-ish.
And for the record, it does not look like a prom dress but I think a train would really make you feel bridal in it.

My best friend actually wore an ivory bridesmaid dress for her wedding and you would have never known! It fit into her boho chic style perfectly.

I honestly never would have guessed! It looks great. Adding accessories like a veil and jewelry will also make any dress seem more bridal.
