Wedding dress budget

My original budget was $600, but my mom surprised me by telling me they wanted to pay for it. So my dress ended up being $898 and I love it.

I went into David's Bridal knowing I didn't want to spend more than 1300...and walked out having spent 1400. Whoops.

My original budget was $600 too but then I pushed it to $1000. Originally thought it was only one day why spend so much money on a dress and I’m only gonna wear ones. And I’m kind of a tomboy so wearing a dress is not normally my thing. But once I put on this $1300 dress well you guessed it... lol But seriously once I put it on I said here’s my car charge it! I wouldn’t give up my dress for anything!

I had a tiny budget aha maybe $300 at most but I luckily only spent $30 because I found that I could find an evening gown that's white that's bridal looking.

My Budget was $2400 WITH alterations ended up finding my dress for around $1800 including tax. Still waiting on my dress to come in to see what kind of alterations I will need to during my first fitting!

My budget was $250, but I was willing to go up to $500. My mom found my dress and gifted me $500 for it. Alterations cost $500. It would've been a total of $1000 including alterations.

My budget was $1,000 with alterations. The first dress I bought was just under $650. I returned it because it wasn't the right choice and ended up ordering another one for $350 and only paid $50 for alterations.

My budget was 200. Got it on sale for black Friday. Cost me 374. I paid 200, my FMIL paid the 174. So it helped me out!

I got an essense of australia dress, which is also martina liana’s brand. I got it on sale after black friday for $1700

My daughter fell in love with a $200 dress. Score !!!!!

My ideal budget is $600(which I feel is unrealistic for my expensive taste), but I fell in love with a dress I've been eyeing for A LONG WHILE. It's $2,599. But it's truly my dream dress. I found it online brand new, never worn for $1,500. Not sure if I should go for it or not! I feel like we're doing the bare minimum for a lot of things, I don't want my dress to be another thing I "settle" for.

Lol, it happens to the best of us! Still very close to the budget though. I'm going to David's Bridal this weekend, hopefully I find something I love!
