Wedding dress help!!

My final dress had come into store for try on and collection. There was a huge black mark down the front of the dress so it was taken away by the boutique to be sorted. They said may need a new skirt or brand new dress. It’s now back in store and they have said it was only cleaned. I don’t know if this is wrong? Cause I feel unhappy about a brand new dress being dry cleaned, should I expect a new dress cause it was there mistake?

    There was a black mark, they took the dress back to remove it. If the black mark is gone and the dress otherwise looks right, then I don’t see a problem with it.

    Why do you say it's their mistake? It sounds like it came that way from the manufacturer that way. They have corrected the issue. I don't see anything to be upset about now.

    Inspect the dress carefully. Make sure the cleaning process didn’t alter/damage the fabric, and that it removed the black mark entirely. If so, I don’t see a problem with the dress being dry cleaned to remedy the situation.
