Wedding Dress Shopping

Ciera, on March 7, 2021 at 4:10 PM Posted in Florida Planning 0 4
I am having a difficult time looking up bridal shops that I want to go check out online because a lot of them do not post pictures of inventory and I don’t want to go somewhere like David’s bridal or anything. I’m thinking boutiques and such. Does anyone have any recommendations for any around the Orlando area in Florida? Anything would be helpful. I just don’t want to drive around for days trying to find them and be disappointed everywhere I end up and waste money and gas and not find anything.

Most bridal shops will list which designers they carry, and then you can browse the dresses of each individual designer on your own. You can also call ahead to see if they carry a particular dress or designer you're interested in.

Hello Ciera - I live in Orlando and shopped for my dress there. Check out Your Bridal Couture (they have pictures online and I got my dress from there), Lily’s Bridal, and Bridal Gallery of Orlando. I visited all of these stores, and they were great. Also, check out Carolyn Allen, Minerva’s, Modern Bridal Shop, and the Dressing Room. All of these salons are in Orlando. After doing your research on these salons, you should have a better idea and a good head start in scheduling your appointments. Good luck!

Maybe you have missed something on designer websites. If you look at designer websites- Casablanca, Maggie Sottero, Sophia Tolli,
    Jasmine Bridals, Allure --
Every website has a page, our authorized retailers, or find our stores. If the designer has dresses you like, look here. It will tell you every salon within 50 to 100 miles of you that carries that line. These will include formal wear or marry and tux or dept stores with bridal boutiques, as well as salons. Make a list of 5-10 shops according to which designers you like, that they carry. Or, if you do not know the names of many designers and want to learn more, go to the knot dresses. https://www.theknot.com/fashion/wedding-dresses They start showing a few dresses from each of many, many designers. Give a price range, and a link to the designer website, where there is the complete collection. And a find our stores near you page in each. Note- when you first look at each dress in the knot, they will list a store or two near you that carries it. They paid an ad fee. But to get ALL of the stores in your area who carry a designer, go to the find our stores page of each designer.
