Wedding Dress Silhouettes! Ballgown, Mermaid, or Sheath?

Ballgown and I CANNOT believe I chose this style. I never liked ballgowns until I tried this one on 💜 it even has pockets!

I’m personally choosing to go with ballgown because it fits well with my princess theme.

Mine will be sheath. I'm getting it custom made with a few minor changes but this photo is the baseline of what it will look like.

Mine is a trumpet. I am having it altered to be a little more fitted through the hips, and to take the current straps off (tucked them in here and loved the strapless look!).

I don’t know! I can’t decide...I’m so indecisive!! On my birthday I went to my first try-on appt. I thought I wanted ball gown/princess type, but now I like the mermaid/fit n flare type. And I can’t tell the difference between mermaid and fit n flare. All I know is that I want something that shows my shape, has lots of lace but not too much, and hides my horrid arms.

I love the Aline ball gown with long sleeves.

I ended up with a Mermaid dress. I never thought in a million years I wouldn’t do A-line!!!! My sister and best friends all showed me how I looked in pictures of all the other contenders that day (while I was in the mermaid) and it was clear it was actually the most flattering on my figure! I also felt like I was looking at my face for the first time in the mirror - felt like me! Can’t wait for the big day! 😁💖

Definitely a ballgown!

A line. I absolutely love it and it is crazy comfortable. It’s actually a 2 piece but you can’t tell at all!
