Wedding Dress Silhouettes! Ballgown, Mermaid, or Sheath?

It's Mermaid or fit and flare style, I just love how romantic it looks.

I feel like mine is kind of in this middle ground between a fit and flare/sheath.... I’m honestly not sure what it would be considered.

A line tea length with long sleeves.

Mine was classified as a-line but most called it a ball gown. I absolutely adored it. I don't have a good picture of the back right now, but that's what it's known for and what made me choose it

I know how you feel. I love the photo of mine from online, but the photos of me in it I dislike. I am sure the feeling will change once it's my actual size. The photo I have of me in it, the dress is a size too small.

Mine is a trumpet but designed to be worn without a slip and not meant to be voluminous at the bottom 😍

The dress that was hard for me but I went with my friends sis wedding dress cuz it was everything I wanted and more ❤

I wanted a mermaid dress because my prom dresses were all that in high school and it fits my figure... but I started noticing I did NOT like mermaids on me anymore (it's been 7 years since wearing one haha) and I went with an A-line (which I thought for sure I'd hate). I have an athletic body type so I thought for sure the mermaid/trumpet would accentuate that well but A-line did the trick!

I'm wearing a beautiful light blue indian suit like in this picture.

I thought I would get a flowy A-line, but ended up choosing a fit-and-flare.

Not sure yet. Haven't been dress shopping just yet but I'm leaning more towards the A-line dresses. They just seem more like... Me lol

I have not, but I considered it. I was convinced I would get it from there, but I found one at Davids Bridal that was cheaper and that I fell in love with.
