Wedding dress snagging on rhinestone shoes

I don't see how the clear nail polish would make the shoes look bad since it's clear polish. I don't know any other suggestion. Could you add a thin layer of fabric to the underside of the hem?

I'd decided what was more important, the shoes or protecting the hem of the dress

You need to puch in all the prongs on all the rhinestones with a butter knife. Nail polish wont do a thing.

I had similar badgley mischka shoes for my wedding last week. They kept getting stuck to my dress the whole time I was dancing and it was SUPER annoying so I’d try and search for a solution, I wish I had!

I had the same problem with the shoes I initially bought and had to buy new shoes. It's hard enough walking around in a wedding dress all night, you don't want to be worried about moving the wrong way and ripping the dress. I would search for other options that don't have embellishment

Girl... clear nail polish all the way. Multiple layers. My dress has beading and stones on the arms and wrists and when I first put it on at the alterations boutique it kept snagging every. single. time.I put my hands down. I was infuriated, like how can this designer not see how it would snag? We put like 10+ layers of clear polish on and come wedding day I had no issues at all.
