Wedding Dress Stress!

So are you saying there’s different parts of each dress that you’d wish were combined into one?

3 months 😳😳😳. That’s not a lot of time. Can anyone of the dresses be so close to what you actually want that it can be changed during alterations to what you envision.

Yes that's what I have been thinking about. Which would be best to just alter to the right dress. But that is hard to do as well.

View Quoted Comment Have you thought of getting a transforming dress? E.g something with a detachable skirt? Like if you liked both a slender sleek skirt and ball gown you could have both or so. Same with sleeves they’ve got gowns with detachable cap sleeves or something of the sort

3 months till the wedding honestly doesn't give you much time, alot of dresses don't come in that quick so you might be limited in what you can get. You might have to get off the rack and have it altered like you're saying to get what you want

Here are some examples of what you may be looking for. So you’d have a dress for the ceremony and then take the over skirt off for the reception.

I’d get on the phone with boutiques ASAP. And see if they have any of these or samples of these in stock.

So close to the wedding! I think you need to first decide on the silhouette you want. That is what I had to do!
