All I've managed to discover is that it is most likely to have been designed by a Lebanese designer, quite possibly Hanna Toumajean, and I THINK it will have been from around 2017. This photo doesn't appear anywhere. Apparently the original photo was shared on the Lucidweddings instagram, but I've gone back to the start of that account and haven't been able to find it. If you do find it on there, it's likely they'll have tagged either the dress designer or the photographer.
