Ultimately it’s up to you, but I think it looks fantastic as is! With the higher neckline, I think the sleeves could wind up being a little busy- I’d also worry about the sleeves and the bodice getting caught on one another with all of that gorgeous beading. It looks fantastic and you look beautiful!

It looks gorgeous! I don't think you need sleeves unless the wedding will be outdoors in some very cold place. You can also look into getting a wrap or jacket if the weather calls for it, then you don't have to worry about possibly running the dress with alterations.

I think the dress is very pretty as it is! But if you wanted to add sleeves, I think if you ordered the same fabric of the bodice from the designer, it would look gorgeous with sleeves too!
