You can run into difficulty where you get too many opinions and you might be convinced to a gown that is not your own best selection.

Either go to the vendor tab on WeddingWire and search for dress boutiques in your area or do a Google search. I would maybe call ahead to confirm if the place allows you to bring champagne or if they offer it. Not every place allows alcohol.

I don’t know that area, but start by googling bridal boutiques and read reviews to find the experience you want.

Los Angeles has a ton of places. Santee Alley in the DTLA Fashion District has a plethora of dresses at wholesale prices available to the public. Also Cocomelody (an upscale version of Azazie) store in the same general area.


If you want the champagne on the couch experience, then you will end up going to the ultra high end stores on the Westside for example, which may or may not be beyond your budget. Call ahead to see if they offer those because not all shops do nor do all shops allow a big entourage. Do a search on Yelp to see what is in your neighborhood and read reviews (which cannot be removed at the vendor’s request unlike TheKnot).
