Hey Kaitlyn! How exciting to restore and update your mother's wedding dress! What does it currently look like? Do you have any ideas of what you would love it to look like when it's finished?
I would start your search by looking for really well-reviewed seamstresses in your area. You could also go into some local bridal salons to ask whether they have any seamstresses that specialize in wedding gowns that they would recommend.
