If you don’t mind buying a sample dress, The Sample Rack is a great option. They are a bit expensive because they mostly carry designer gowns but they’re gorgeous. Good luck!

If you're willing to do a drive to Delaware, Claire's Fashions on Philadelphia Pike in Wilmington is FANTASTIC! Their consultants are the best and there's no sales tax!

I drove to Wedding Belles Boutique about an hour into Jersey near Cape May. They carried the designer I wanted, were having a trunk show, got me the gown no one else had, and there's no tax!
