Can anyone share other tips on communicating with vendors or advice on efficiently navigating the whole thing?

Haha yeah unfortunately I didn't think about this and get so many emails. There were also a surprising amount of realtors at the expo I went to. Have fun!

We had a blast, and we found a small artist who does gorgeous invitations with a great expo discount!! As you can see, we took full advantage of the free drinks and snacks- with my love (aka two cake pops) and my fiancé 😂 Thanks again for the advice, we got there with plenty of time and were able to be super thorough with the vendors we were interested in. Happy planning to you, 74 days to go!!! ❤️

That’s awesome!!! I’m so glad you were able to find a vendor. I actually won a caricature artist package at an expo so I’ll be using them for my wedding. I’m happy you both enjoyed yourselves! Y’all are just adorable I love how playful this picture is it shows your personalities! Thank you love 69 days now 😁🙌🏽
