Are you doing them or not? And why? I think it's fun, but a waste of money. I've never used any wedding favor I've gotten in the past. There are some favor ideas that I would like to do, but it's extra money to spend on something that I'm not sure people even really care about. What do you guys...

I used to feel that it was sort of an insult to throw away the favors ( like wedding matches). If it is edible, it might not be stuck in a drawer so long.

I have been going through the answers and see that most of you who do not like the idea of favours are of that opinion because you don't use it afterwards. I have come across a company that does designer perfume decants, so you can present your guests with the scent that the bride / groom are wearing. These favours will have your names on the label and the date of the wedding and are available in a variety of sizes. Prices start at GBP 8 and they ship world wide so great for destination weddings.
