Our favors will be the candy bar and s'mores bar we are providing. In my experience, food favors do better than non-food favors, so I'd head that route if you're still on the fence. Maybe customized cookies or specialty candy from the area? (My cousin gave everyone delicious caramel from a local shop at her wedding).

It’s totally ok to skip favors these days (we did). If you want to offer them, something edible is best or they’ll likely get left behind. Cookie, cake pop, popcorn, chocolate truffle, candy bar are a few ideas.

The last wedding I went to we received candles from the B&G that they had made - the scents were super funny we used ours. We are having a November wedding and are doing candy apples and our cake is individual bundts so that is considered a favor too I think.

We skipped favors. There is no need, if you can't decide on something.

Honestly, half the favors we have gotten were shot glasses or wine glasses or beer can openers... I don't drink! Some people are allergic to scents - candles would get thrown out in my house, because of that issue.

Candles are such a cute idea! We love cinnamon, so we're doing mini Fireball bottles with a tag that says "take a shot, we tied the knot!". Since children will be there (and non-drinkers), we are also having small boxes of Hot Tomales cinnamon candies in little boxes that look like suitcases (our venue is in an airplane hangar at a small airport). Smiley smile But to be honest, I wouldn't stress over the favors. If I could start over on wedding planning, I might have skipped them to save money. We'll see how people like the favors in 8 days!!!

I think candles are cute! Easy to carry and we always use them. We did wine corks & potpourri bags.
