My fiancee and I want to do gourmet apples for our favors. I have no idea where to even start to look for a good place. Does anyone have any ideas where to look? I'm in New Jersey and do not want to make them myself.

Do you mean ‘gourmet caramel apples’? I think that’s a wonderful wedding favor for your guests, especially since your wedding is in November!
I would definitely start checking out some bakeries in your area to find somewhere that makes amazing caramel since that is such a vital part!
Have you thought about what variety of apple you would like to use for them?
