Good Morning Ladies,
My fiancé and I are signing the contract at our venue this weekend. The Monday after he proposed I started the Beachbody Liift 4 program, which I have completed in the past and love. I have nothing bad to say about this program, it's so much fun! Starting it again was to get myself MOVING and MOTIVATED to keep steering my lifestyle into a healthy one. Also, to obviously look and feel fantastic at our wedding next year.
Now that I'm on week 6, I'm looking into what to do next. This time - bringing in the nutrition aspect b/c I've seriously been lacking in that department.
Has anyone completed 80 Day Obsession? If so could you share your experience with me? I enjoy at home workouts more for their convenience and know I won't join a gym.
If you're not a Beachbody fan, what at-home workout programs have helped you get into shape?
Looking forward to hearing from you! I'm planning on starting it on Monday, September 16 so it finishes up around Dec 4th I believe. I'm on the Southside of Chicago if anyone wants to be workout buddies or accountability buddies! haha
