Wedding gown a surprise?

If they ask, I show them.

I've shown some family and some close friends. I can't make it too public, though. I'm fibbing to FH about the style of the dress and I don't want him to find out! (He thinks it's going to be a big poofy gypsy-style ballgown, which it definitely is not!)

I've only shown my parents, grandparents and my Future in Laws in addition to my sister (moh) and bridesmaids. I am sure my Mom has shown all of her friends though lol. I don't even have a picture of it to show! Haven't even shown you guys due to lack of a pic..but I cant wait for you all to see it in my B&M!!

A lot of my closer family has seen it in pictures. 2 of my BMs, my grandma, mom, aunt and dad have seen it in real life. I dont want to show EVERYONE, but I do not mind sharing with some.

Only my MOH and here on WW. FH wants to be surprised and no one else seems to care.

I narrowed it down to 2. Moms, Sisters, and BMs know of the two. But no one knows which one I picked.

I live my gown. If someone wants to see it I'll show it. My FH will not see it until I walk.up.the isle to him

My bridesmaids, parents, and grandmother have seen it. When I narrowed it down to a couple dresses I had my grandmother and great grandmother meet my MoH and I saw that my Granny so me in a wedding dress before she passed away. We took a picture in the dress that I chose and my grandmother gave it to her.

I showed anyone who asked.

My mom is the only person who has seen my dress. She went with me dress shopping so obviously she's seen it and after thinking about it I decided I want it to be a surprise for everyone else (we'll see if I'm able to keep this up for the next 10 months!)

I'm not worried to keep it a secret--anyone who has wanted to see I've showed. FH is adamant he does not want to see it, so it will be a surprise for him.

I have showed some coworkers and a few long term patients of mine who asked. Its on my phone so the picture is not that big or detailed.

I would show my mom and sister (really because they would be coming with me) and you guys. I want to keep it a surprise from the rest of my bridal party because I want to see their faces when I put it on the day of the wedding (plus I like those pictures where they are surprised to see the bride in her dress dolled up). Lol

I've only shown a few people in my family and my friends that are not in my BP. Only a few of my BM have seen the dresses and only my MOHs have seen some of them in person (my sister has seen all of them).

I show pictures to anyone who asks! I love it. FH found out that I had in the house last night (he knew I bought it but not that I brought it home) and I asked him if he wanted to see it. He said 'no' but I have no problem showing him if he asks. He just said it looks "poofy" and I reassured him it wasn't (not my style).

No one really. My bms and mum live on the other side of the world, I was including them when I was searching but was bombarding them with so many photos I think they got confused and/or sick of it as they seemed to lose interest. So now that I am designing it along with my dressmaker its kind of just between us two! I kinda like it that way. My SIL did ask what it looked like so I described it to her, then afterwards wished I hadnt given so much away. Surprises are fun!
