Hey there! I am getting married on June 27th of this year and after jumping the COVID hurdles I am now able to think about how I want my hair. I need help deciding on a style that goes best with my dress but also handles the heat. The easy answer is an updo but I can’t give up the dream of this beautiful braid style I found. What are your opinions seeing my dress and both options? Wedding Hair 1

Will you be inside or outside? If inside, I'd definitely go for the braided down style you wanted. If you'll be with AC, then it really won't be too big of an issue for heat. We're doing a June wedding next year and I'll do half up half down even though the ceremony is outside because the rest is inside, so really it's just about 20 minutes of heat.

That is a great perspective! The ceremony will be outside at 5pm and than besides pictures everything else is indoors

Your hair is absolutely gorgeous so you could do either one! I usually go for half up, half down, but that braided updo would look so good on you w that dress, I think!

I love both of those styles. I actually think I have them both pinned in my wedding board. I would go with the one you love the most. I think both go well with your dress and like a PP said, being outside for a short time, and later in the evening would not be that big of a deal.

I love the braided updo. With a June wedding if you will be outside I would definitely have it up. It gets hot quickly.
