My fiances last name is Stakofsky lol so very polish. Not the easiest to make a hashtag for. My name is Liz and his is Matthew. Any ideas?

How is it supposed to be said? I'm reading it as "stakes-off-ski" If that's right, I'm thinking it sounds like takes off the...so how about #stakofskytakesher[insertyourlastnamehere]?
