We had to for our venue, we own a home and did it through our insurance from our home I didn’t know that was a thing until my Fiancé looked into it.

My venue required it, but also worked with a specific agent that I just had to call and give our details to.

My venue required I purchase from wedsafe but it’s a great idea. It covers vendors not showing up, having to cancel because of some kind of catastrophe at the venue, pretty much everything but change of heart. If I’m spending thousands of dollars I don’t mind spending $250 to protect it.

I did the exact same thing. Our planner told us to buy it and we did. Ours was like $170 though.

I’m actually going through State Farm for it because I already have auto/home/life insurance through them as well!!
