Wedding insurance

We got ours through eventhelper.com and it was only $99. We're having about 75 guests with beer and wine, so that price will go up with more guests and a full bar. But we're pretty happy with it. They also emailed a copy of the insurance straight to our venue so we didn't have to worry about providing them with a copy of it.

I did fairly extensive research and went with Markel (which we wound up securing through my fiance's military insurance, as that is the company they contract with).

We got ours through eWed. It was super simple to quote and purchase, they automatically sent a certificate to our venue as requested (they require a certain amount of liability coverage) and were quick to answer any questions I had via email. Hoping not to have to experience the claim process lol but it has good reviews and the venue recommended them. We got the required liability coverage plus cancellation/postponement coverage. It does NOT cover cancellation/postponement due to COVID, but it will cover things if we have to cancel/postpone due to my FH’s military orders changing suddenly, which is the only thing we really cared about being covered for. Wasn’t overly expensive!
