These are mine. It’s my second wedding so used Vista Print and saved a couple hundred dollars!

View Quoted Comment We he'd decided on a very formal wedding. We had 5 immediate family weddings on FI's side, and 4 in my family, the spring and summer before our Oct wedding. All brothers and sisters, or first cousins, younger than us. All informal casual wear, buffets and children everywhere. We wanted to stand out.
. . So traditional embossed and engraved design, scroll work in gold metallic around the borders. The only non- traditional thing, was on the invitation page, our border design was a wedding message in Inuit Characters at the top, and Saami at the bottom. Different alphabets, more like symbols, and done in gold like the scroll work on the front, FI's family asked if I was maybe an artist? No, those are my first native languages, announcing our marriage.
We used an old fashioned printer, but first he used a computer program to do fonts not in English, embossed gold letters. Then did the rest in his old print shop. In the next town, 10 minute drive. He did a sample overnight, and we picked them all up 2 days later. We were happy with the low price, and speed, of going local. . . Your B and G tux and dress are a standout, too. One of the breaks with tradition I do like, is the availability of whimsical, fun, and artistic invitation designs.

Your invitations are so pretty, that’s a really cute idea!

I’m still looking, but I’ve been thinking about making them myself. I only need about 35, so I’ve been contemplating doing a watercolor design. I have a few ideas in my head, I’ll have to see how I like them when I start putting them down on paper. I usually paint trees and flowers, but I’d like to do a night sky to tie in with our theme.

Your invitations have a beautiful rustic vibe.

Those are super cute! I actually designed my own through Shutterfly and Photoshop. I love graphic design so I was really excited to add my own touch to Shutterfly's design. These are the renderings of them! We already sent out all of them.
