You could always put together your own details card with the hotel block info, and print it at Staples or somewhere! That way, you can still have them done in time to include them with the invites, but you don't need to wait for a separate company to ship them to you.

I would ask the hotel. We booked our block through Courtyard by Marriott and they had cards that they gave me with with the info on them for the block and group number. I just stuffed them in the envelopes with the rest if the invitation suite. I also had the information with a direct link on our website.

I would definitely order a details card to send out and you can simply make your own and print them on cardstock yourself just to make sure there is no confusion about hotels, transportation, etc. Our details card tells everyone our covid annoucement, wedding website and other location details.

You can print one on a similar style background via canva.com or Vistaprint.com. As a guest, a details card is always appreciated and well used. There is always info that needs to be relayed that doesn’t go on the invite and the other inserts serve that function (directions, hotels in the area, etc). Not everyone will visit a website and unless they still have the save the date and remember to go online, your guests will be confused. Especially any older guests and technophobes. Definitely provide this for your guests.

We put ours on our wedding website! I really wanted a full invite suite but it was too much $$.
