Wedding Invites for Postponed Ceremony

Nicole , on November 11, 2020 at 11:42 PM Posted in Planning 0 5
In January my planner wants to resume discussing my postponed wedding from this September to next. Foremost on my mind is my invites. I had ordered and received them before making the decision to postpone last June. Does anyone have experience updating, reprinting, reordering, repurposing, etc. their round 1 invites? Pictures would be awesome!

With COVID, many brides have had to do this.

Use the same invitations but print up an insert that way you’re not wasting the invitations. Use some very cute verbiage “wedding! Take 2! ACTION!” I wouldn’t print those until closer to the time of mailing out the invitations though.

Check with the site where you ordered from. I know that some sites were offering free or discounted reprints for Covid brides who had to postpone

This is a really good idea! I hate the idea of wasting all of the invites I already have and I’m sure my guests would understand.

Thank you, I ordered from a local freelancer. I’ll be contacting her as soon as she reopens shop. 👍
