Hello! How soon do you send put invites? I did the save the dates with a little under a year notice. I was wondering if I should send my invites by the summer my wedding is 11.1.2020 Also I want to use the site for RSVP because i really dont want to waste the money on the return envelopes. Anyone have any suggestions on who to use for invitations? We are having buffet so dont even need food choice. Thanks =)

Typical etiquette is 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding. You don't want people to misplace the invitation, and plans may change that far out. I would shoot for August as your timeline.

We got ours from a wonderful lady we found on WeddingWire! She customized our invitations and had the envelopes addressed for us - definitely worth it. They look amazing:Wedding invites 1

6-8 weeks before the wedding. We did all in one invitations from Minted and we loved them.

    Hey Caroline Smiley smile

According to this WeddingWire article (When to Send Wedding Invitations), for a destination wedding, couples should send their invitations out two to three months before the big day. If you’re planning a hometown wedding, they’re typically sent out six to eight weeks in advance.

You can find some great vendors in your area who make beautiful invitations on the WeddingWire vendor directory - Wedding Invitations.

How many invitations will you need to order?
