How do I cope with Wedding Jitters? I am notorious for over thinking and stressing myself out.

Vent to your partner/loved ones. Post here if you want to commiserate with fellow brides and grooms. Get started with planning early so you can spread it all out. Stick to your budget to avoid financial stress. Use spreadsheets, a planner, a wedding binder, whatever it is you prefer to keep everything organized. Remember that weddings are a celebration and should be fun, including the planning. Keep repeating the bigger picture that this is ultimately about committing to your person, not the big expensive party. ❤️❤️❤️

You might check out the discussion on the things that have gone wrong. Maybe your ceremony will sound like a piece of cake compared to the things that happened at those weddings.

In general or related to something specific?

Keep lines of communication open with fiancé, best friends, a therapist you trust. A major thing that people forget or ignore is that a wedding is not a performance. What you see the celebrities and influencers on social media promoting is not representative of real life. Your loved ones are there to support you and they don’t care if anything goes wrong because you will be married at the end of the day regardless if vendors show up or not. Try not to stress. But anxiety is real and valid.
