I don't know if you think this is intricate, but might be nice?

I agree with @H about an updo. It'll be much more manageable for such a long, active day. An updo would also show off all the beautiful beading on your dress. I know I've seen a lot of beautiful braided updos on pinterest.

That dress has such a gorgeous detail to the top, I'd say updo as well. More manageable and you get to show off that dress!!

@H See I love that, I'm just worried about what it will look like after an hour of dancing. I have thin hair too. However I do have extentions

I had my hair trial yesterday. I'm going with half up half down. There is some on my back but not a lot. Hope this helps..

Ya I agree on the updo. I have thin hair and my hair usually falls flat super quick but I find that updos are usually the safest bet. It holds up much longer that leaving my hair down. Your makeup looks fantastic though!!!!

I vote updo. Because a. That back is fabulous and you want to be able to see it and b. Because if your hot and sweaty you'll look like a mess by the end of the night if it's down.

The braids are too small in your trial which goes from polished to grumpy quickly. I think low updo is the way to go too. Something that isn't too tame so it kinda looks flowing? Like H's suggestion.

My dress is very similar. I plan to do this up do. Trial is tomorrow.
