Hello brides! I recently canceled my Sept 2021 wedding and had signed up this use the WeddingMix by Storymix Media video equipment for my wedding. However now that it’s cancelled I emailed them telling them that and asking for my deposit refund and Ariana told me they don’t give refunds. HOWEVER, I have an email from her when I first spoke to her stating that they offer refunds if I cancel up to 60 days out. Has anyone else had this issue with this company? I forwarded her a copy of that email and no response. I’m going to dispute it with my credit card. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

    No signed contract, just email correspondence. Which one of them Ariane specifically stated that I can cancel up to 60 days with a refund.

    Unfortunately, you may have to take them to small claims court - and you may not win because there isn't a signed contract. Smiley sad

    Yeah I’m gonna dispute it with my credit card company first and see where that gets me.
