Wedding on a Sunday

I ha my first marriage in a Sunday and we didn’t have a problem getting people to come. If you give people plenty of notice they can take Monday off if they need to.

Just be aware that people may not drink as much as a friday or saturday wedding (which can benefit your wallet!), and your guests will be more likely to leave earlier since most will work the next morning.

I been to a Sunday wedding and man it's tiring for work the next day but it's also a good option because people would be more inclined to go on a weekend

Mine is on Sunday, but after church is over. My friends and family are completely fine with it. It ends at 10, so those that choose to go to work on Monday will be okay.

If local, I’d love to attend a Sunday brunch wedding or early evening if it ended by 8 or 9 pm.

We chose to have a Sunday wedding because it was cheaper and honestly I just felt that people could always take the Monday off if they wanted. Our wedding is from 4-10 but I would suspect people may leave earlier since it's on a Sunday. I think whoever really wants to attend your big day will be there regardless if it's on a Sunday.
