Hi Ladies!
My fiancé and I are getting married on a military base. We are required to have our guest fill out a form in order for them to gain access to the base. So my question is, is there a way to attach this form to our wedding website so that when guest RSVP they can also submit this form to us? If this is possible it would help us to stay organized and allow us to submit everyone's forms all at once.
