Wedding Party Breakfast

We are also getting married July 31st. I’d say everything have breakfast together since it seems the easiest. It would be weird to do it separate and y’all see each other at breakfast the morning of.

My fiancé and I are going to be separated the night before, and hair & makeup is starting EARLY, so we're probably just going to have something in the bridal suite. If you don't want to see each other that day until the actual wedding, could you order room service/ delivery to wherever you'll be with your side of the wedding party?

Agreeing with Paige on maybe doing room service or something? If you don’t want to see each other.


My fiancé and I are basically spending all day together. We’re driving over together and doing a first look so there will only be a few hours where I’m getting ready in the suite at the venue where we’ll be apart. So we’ll be ordering some kind of breakfast spread for us and our wedding party, hair and makeup, our coordinator and then for the employee that will be there at the venue. Then later we’ll order a light lunch again for all of us and all the other vendors that are there by that point like our photographer, videographer, DJ etc to enjoy

We got married at a hotel and the guys went together to Sheetz and got breakfast and brought it back to the hotel to eat. Meanwhile, my brother-in-law ran to Dunkin Donuts and picked up coffee, donuts and bagels for the ladies.

My fiance and I are staying separated the night before and up until the ceremony. I am not supplying breakfast for anyone since everyone is coming from somewhere different but I will be supplying a Subway sub tray for lunch for the entire wedding party to make sure everyone eats.

For us breakfast will be separate the ladies will be in the bridal suite at the hotel getting ready and we are having a buffet set up during hair and makeup and the guys will be at his mom's house there will also be a spread of food there for them. Every wedding I ve been in the breakfast/lunch has been the bridesmaids and bride eating together and the groom and groomsmen eating together somewhere else but that s because of the logistics a lot of time the food was either set up at the hair salon or in a hotel /house where bridal hair and makeup were being done. It depends on how much time you will have in the morning, if you have the time and space and want to do it together thats cool . Happy planning!

There's nothing wrong with all doing breakfast together. I'd say do what you want.

My ladies and I,will stay at the Hotel,I plan to order breakfast from panera bread and tea and coffee from a local shop,doughnuts and fruit trays,we're getting our hair/ makeup done early,so there's no room for sitting down breakfast.
Plus I want that WOW factor from my Sir,while I'm walking down the isle.

All of these tips from these wonderful brides are excellent. Do what works best for you. There is not a right or wrong way to do a wedding. For my wedding next year, we will be at our venue all day getting ready and hair and makeup starts at 9am (for the girls). Because of this the girls and boys will already be separated in different getting ready areas and therefore I am planning to have light bites of breakfast and lunch foods (mini quiches, charceuterie, bagels or muffins, pizza bites, etc) in the bridal suite throughout the day for us girls to munch on. Not sure what the men are going to do I am not in charge of that (lol) but they will probably do something similar. The girls are not going to have a sit-down breakfast or lunch; we will all be getting ready and all and no one wants to eat a big full meal before getting into their dress, but we will still be eating little bites all morning and afternoon.

Hello and Congratulations your big day is fast approaching which I know that you are so excited for. Just my bridal party will eat something and my groom and his groomsmen will probably do the same but we will not see each other but I did suggest that he be at the same hotel so our photographers doesn't have to travel to far
