Hey guys! I need opinions/suggestions here lol I have 6 girls for my bridal party.. but my fiance doesn't want any groomsmen. Just our 2 sons. He has friends but not really "close" friends to where they hang out or text/call each other.. so he just wants our sons standing with him. Which is cute.. but I'm definitely having my 6 girls by my side so idk what to do. Will it look weird? Also.. idk if it'll be be disrespectful to 2 of my bridesmaids because it was always my plan to have both their husband's in my wedding. What should I do..?

    The sides don’t have to be even, so if that’s what your fiance wants, it’s fine. You can ask your bridesmaids’ husbands to stand on your side if you want, but you don’t get to pick them for his side against his wishes. Though I don’t see anything disrespectful in not having bridesmaids’ husbands in the bridal party. It’s much more common not to have them than to have them.

    You don't get to pick your FI's side, and sides don't have to be even at all. Have a look at some photos with uneven wedding parties, any good photographer will make it look balanced. Have you asked the husbands to be in the wedding party? If you haven't already, then you're not obligated to ask.

    Your bridesmaids husbands are not required to be in the bridal party nor should you try to have your fiance include them. Let him pick who he wants and if sides aren't even oh well. They don't need to be.
