Wedding party gifts

We got everyone items that are specific to their hobbies and interests. My best friend is a tattoo artist, so she's getting a personalized leather bound sketch book. My bridesman loves whiskey so he's getting a flask and shot glass set. You could do gift cards to their favorite store or restaurant, a gift certificate for a mani/pedi, their favorite liquor or wine...

So on Pinterest you’ll see a lot of robes, jewelry, tumblers etc. I personally don’t believe things that are props for your wedding pictures are gifts. So what I did for my girls was got them each a gift card to a place they liked, paid for either hair or makeup, and then wrote them a handwritten note. A good idea is to shop individually like it is their birthday.

I'm getting my girls gift baskets from Bath and Body Works! They love that store and I know they'll use the products from there

I made a little box of personalized trinkets for them. Tumbler with their fave candy, ring dish, clutch with a gift card, candle, bouquet charm/keychain that matched their personality, picture frame and a fun note.
Plus we paid for their hair and makeup.

Please get them something individual. Robes and tumblers and body wash and trinkets, etc really aren't thoughtful gifts and would go directly in my goodwill pile at home. Gift cards related to their interests are great or just gifts that are more specialized. Please nothing with "bridesmaid" on it.

gifts I would love to receive: massage gift certificate, nice bottle of wine (no single glasses, get a set if you feel it's necessary), a punch card for the yoga classes I love, etc

I got my bridesmaids a tote bag and had a shirt, hair ties, face mask, jewelry, compact mirror, socks, gift card etc. The groomsmen got a knife, alcohol, flask, gift card.

I am paying for hair, makeup or their dress depending on what they want. I decided against a gift gift because being a bridesmaid is expensive and I know having one of these three things covered will calm some of my girls stress. Ultimately, if I decided to do gifts they would like whatever I picked out, but 2/5 bridesmaids are also getting married next year so covering something for them to be a part of my day means more I think. Plus I can still get them cute jewelry or whatever for Christmas instead

I love Etsy so my plan was to get cute bags made with their first initial on them and put a robe, water bottle, and a mini bottle of sparking wine.

We got "proposal" gifts

BM's - Love body lotion from BBW, a mug that went along with their personality, and a handwritten note

GM's - Beer mug that went along with their personality

We also were certain to get a single photo with each of them (meaning just me and each separate bridesmaid or just him and each separate groomsman) and we will be giving them a print of that with a thank you as well.

My girls are all getting a navy blue pashmina (in case they get cold), an insulated stemless wine glass, and a bottle of wine from our venue. I also had wrote each of them a card thanking them for being in my life and my bridal party.
I might get monograms or their initials put on their things...but definitely no bridesmaid or maid of honor stuff.
