I need help or ideas. So I would like to get printed 3 large photos for my living room. The problem is I want something around a 16x20 size but with a mat (which is the white border around the inside). I’m having a hard time finding pictures frames that are matted for 16x20 picture sizes. Oh sure there’s a black 20x24 frame at Walmart... but I want rustic not black 😩 I refuse to pay $100 per picture for custom framing.
Anyone have any ideas or places they shopped for large framed wedding prints? Or how they did it themselves? What sizes did you end up with? Even if I got the 16x20 frame and a separate mat it kind of would then go against standard printing sizes (I haven’t seen prints that are 14x18 or slightly smaller).
I don’t want a tiny picture in a huge frame. Ugh do I just give up on the mat idea?
