What is your venue like? Is it possible to take your photographs at your venue?
Do you want your photos to be taken indoors, or outdoors?
Have you previously worked with yoru photographers? I would definitely recommend discussing this with them as they may have some great local suggestions!

Not sure what county you are in. You could find a nice park to take pictures at. Maybe even on top of Garrett Mountain in Passaic County.
