I’m trying not to stress. Can someone please please give me a recommendation on a VERY good wedding planner in Orlando, FL area to rent wedding items Eg plate chargers , table numbers etc. card box. ALSO who will also set up etc.

Have you checked out the WeddingWire vendor directory? It may help you find all these different vendors you need.
There are a ton of event rental companies listed, however, they may not set these items up. In addition to renting items, you may need a day-of-coordinator. I began two searches for you to check out, linked below.
