I would try calling her and see if you are able to get in contact with her that way! Also try reaching out to her through social media and/or a phone number that you haven't contacted her from before.

Yikes. I see you're getting married this month. Yeah, I would be concerned. I would blow up her phone (call and text) and email. She, at the very least, can say "I'm in the middle of an out of town wedding... will get back to you on xxx". 3 weeks is way too long and unprofessional. Do you have any other vendors you're working with that you can ask? I've learned the wedding industry is a small one. Chances are, they know what's up with her.

She could be busy but the problem with that is that how she’s engaging you during the wedding planning process is exactly how to show up during the wedding I would just fire her and want to find a new one.
