Wedding planning at night!

Buying gifts for people! I’ve always way overthought gift giving for everyone in my life and will look at hundreds of items before deciding on something. It’s not healthy. 😂

I feel like I do my best work at night 😂 the house is nice and quiet and I can think.

This was definitely me! 😂 My fiancé would go to bed while I stayed up at the computer, researching and analyzing more vendors, adding to the registry, or looking up invitation suites for weeks on end. I thought he didn’t really notice much, but he brought it up recently with his mom when they were talking about how hard I worked to plan like 95% of our wedding 😂

Hahahah this just happened to me today!!! I didn't think my fiancé noticed how much work and planning I've been putting into creating the vision and I overheard him saying how nice it was that planning was something I enjoyed and that I didn't mind doing so much!

The website we use is Withjoy & there’s an option to upload pictures for the guests but I think they have to download the app & that’s kinda annoying lol but have you checked Lingmoments they have a really nice selection!

I work 3rd shift at a hotel so things a super quiet and I can get a lot done. I am in the home stretch.. 5 days to go!!

Lol I always joke that I go to work to make money just to go home and spend it all on wedding stuff. I have a consult with our florist this week, so I've been working on vision boards so I actually have something to show her lol. I also need to figure out getting ready outfits, gifts for bridesmaids, ordering invites, and booking transportation. Other than that, most things have been handled outside of those that need to be done closer to the date.

I’ve been working remotely since I started my career. I love the flexibility and the freedom to work when it works best for me. As a result, I’ve found that my best work tends to happen when I’m working at night. This allows me to spend more time with my family and also allows me to be more productive because I don’t have to deal with the distractions of the office.

Yes I am guilty of it too when I got engaged it was with wedding dresses first. But then forgot what date and year are we thinking, in our case we were told not a long engagment so we were told . 🤣🤣🤣Then it was thinking about the right color palettes and the reason for that choices and its meaning. So we decided on a color scheme and I hit the ground running lol lol buying some wedding books looking for more dresses the style the look of it. Did I want strapless, ball gown, mermaid fit and flair beading no beading sleeves or straps. Did I want a long train or short and veil no veil. And what dis we want as a theme so that's done searching also for photographers too. What kind wedding outside all indoors but like others the pandemic had gotten us too so we had to move our date to Oct this year. Our orginal date would have been in a week june 12th of this year. So now everything is all indoors there times that I'm at work on bus up in bed looking at wedding stuff. Until 2-3am then planning then my family and friends giving me there ideas with pictures flooding my inbox. Then in 2020 I had made my bridal dress appointment for march of 2021. I only took 3 ppl with me I wanted the ppl who were there to show support for and gave there honest opinion and had a fun doing with them. Oh no yes I was nervous and excited as I was getting close to the day and the day of. I dont fidget and was fidgeting my hands hair lol. And I'm still searching for things bridesmaids dresses and MOH'S dresses too
