My husband & myself didn’t get to have a real wedding due to being pregnant with our son. We are having a 5 year vow renewal but it will be our actual big day. White dress, suit. Is it dumb to start planning now even though it’s in 2023? I just want it to be perfect. I don’t want anything to go...

I’m overwhelmed by it and it’s the ONLY thing I can’t get off my mind or stop thinking or talking about

Honestly, a lot of brides who had to post pone their weddings are planning to get married in 2022 and 2023. It does not hurt to start planning now considering that a lot of vendors and venues will be BOOKED. So, start now to secure what you want and what you are looking for. One big word of advice to look into when booking the venues and vendors is to look at all the contracts thoroughly. Due to COVID there were lots of companies that went out of business where some brides couldn't get their deposit back :/ So, just make sure that you are familiar with their contracts and guaranteed to proceed for the big day. And by planning now and as you go will be less stressful. AND you can be saving lots of money for the big day too.
