Wedding postponed

We have come in to unseen financial problems. So, we decided to postpone the wedding. It kind of sucks, but this situation needs to be dealt with. Luckily, we aren't losing anything! Our venue is letting us change the date without losing our payments, which is perfect. We will also be able to turn this more into our dream wedding without the stress.

This was us last year. We were so close then had to cancel and postpone for this year instead. And for some reason it feels even more real this year. I'm glad your venue is working with you and you aren't losing anything money wise towards the wedding. 😃 You get more time to plan and planning is fun!

I'm looking at new dresses because I'm having weight loss surgery early fall and my current dress won't fit next year even with taking it in. I'm able to exchange for a different dress.

I am happy you can reschedule you venue! I am sorry you are postponing - but definitely better to not be stressed to the max. Loving that you will get your dream wedding - and the next dress will really be THE ONE

I have 1 week to exchange it. Luckily they do have three dresses in the size I was suggested to get. But, I'm going tomorrow it's the only day I have that's available.

I'm so sorry you have to postpone. You're definitely in good company with all the postponements that had to happen in the last few years. Hopefully the new date will be even better than you imagined
