Wedding procession song

Annika, on February 25, 2021 at 5:09 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 1 15
I have an outdoor wedding and looking for a song to walk down the aisle. It has to be classical music or bridal music with no singing.
So far I was thinking of “Canon in D” but wanted to consider other songs too.

I’ve just landed on Neville’s Waltz from Harry Potter (4th movie). Not sure if you’re a fan but it’s a darling song, regardless.
Beyond that, my second choice was an instrumental version of Moon River by 2CELLOS

2Cellos are amazing ❤️ Good call Trish!! I married a cellist in fact so we had classical for our prelude. We did Debussy “Arabesque”, Nimrod, Vitamin String Quartet “Home”, Vivaldi “Spring”, Bach “Air”. Hope this helps 🎵🎶

Bach: Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring

Handel: Arrival of the Queen of Sheba

Delibes: Flower Duet from Lakme (great for a garden!)

    Faure: Cantique de Jean Racine

    Purcell: Trumpet Tune

Pachelbel’s Canon is popular for a reason, so if you want it, go with it!

ETA instrumental versions of all the above, as you say you don’t want singing
