Wedding Programs

Julie, on August 6, 2017 at 7:20 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 13

I need to make a wedding program for a Catholic Ceremony. How did you make your programs? Where did you print? I don't know where to begin. Thanks!

We skipped them. Didn't want to pay for them.

    Vistaprint has some nice ones.

We used a Word template and printed them ourselves on very inexpensive cardstock from Oriental Trading.

We are having our Anglican priest perform our ceremony. We are doing a program with the order of service from that ceremony. We'll basically print the ceremony (at VistaPrint) from that.

My sister is designing some for my Greek Orthodox wedding with the bridal party, fam names, etc. but most importantly descriptions of what is actually happening during the ceremony. We will print them either at home or Kinko's or something and then tie them together (folded in half like a book) with ribbon that matches our colors. The DIY route is super easy!

We are going to make ones for our Episcopal ceremony, since our church has programs for every single service. Once we decide what our ceremony consists of, I will get the information (readings, prayers, etc.) from the church and put it into my own template. I will probably print them at Staples or another place like that.

I did them in MS Word based on our church's weekly bulletin. Printed them at Staples.

Etsy has some very pretty templates. They are less then $10. That's what I will be doing it saves me over $200 compared to the website from where we getting out invitations. Good luck Smiley smile

I copied the information from the sample we got from our church into a Word document. Here is our program. One of my vendors at work printed them for free.

I ordered them from Vistaprint during a 50% sale. They ended up being $0.35 per copy.

Google "Catholic Wedding Program " and there's a couple free templates to use. If most of the people are not Catholic or practicing, it's definitely helpful. The trouble would be just adding your own readings.
