Wedding Registry Not Posted

Hi! Is anyone having issues being able to view imported wedding registry links on your websites? My Bed Bath and Beyond link works fine, but Williams Sonoma stays hidden. I’ve clicked on the edit page several times to “show” the link and it will be available on our website for several hours then becomes hidden again. I emailed a Wedding Wire help desk, but haven’t heard back yet. I hope to get this resolved!

    Hi Amanda! Are you still having trouble with your registry toggling to 'Hide' automatically?

    Hi, yes I am. I added both hyperlinks in the notes section and I check back several times a day to hit the “show” button if it’s automatically changed back. Any other suggestions?

    Thank you for reaching out again. Just yesterday I had to "show" both of our links again since they were both switched back to "hidden" status. I just sent your help team an e-mail with the URLs. Hopefully this can be resolved.... one less thing for this busy bride to constantly having to maintain and follow up on!
