Wedding Registry

So my FH and I have lived together for going on 5 years. We have a lot of stuff so what we did is found some things that we could upgrade, changed our bathroom decor to something new and stuff like that. Then we are going to have a honeymoon fund since we are paying for our wedding we are postponing our honeymoon to the following summer so that we can save up for a nice vacation. I know we have some more traditional family members that would rather buy a gift then do cash so that is why. It is not a huge registry but it is something.

We put together a small registry for old fashioned people who like to gift physical things. All nice to have items or upgrades on things.
They arent really necessary though if you don't want one. People will generally gift cash or checks!

It's not necessary. People give cash a lot.

They aren’t a necessity if you don’t want/need physical gifts. If you’re having a shower I would definitely register.

If you don't want a shower of any kind (bridal or couples), you can skip a registry. People will get the hint and give cash.
